Hey everyone! My name is Leo, A Millennial and an undergraduate laser engineer in the past with a background in human psychology, a passion for science, and a potential Ph.D. candidate in the future. My mission is to replace outdated and recycled advice with psychologically grounded and applicable insights that tackle Millennials and Gen Z's interpersonal struggles and help them outsmart others. I follow a conscientious approach mixed with science-based tools and social psychology to reveal the underlying causes of our struggles internally and externally and expose the mind games people play or deploy onto us.
